The I.S.P.A of
Bizerte is an establishment of Supèrieur teaching of Fishing and
Aquaculture under the double tutelage of the Ministry of
agriculture and Hydraulic Resources and the Ministry of the higher
education and the Scientific Research and technology.

Bizerte is situated at Rimel and has 1 ha of area.

MISSIONS
The Bizerte
I.S.P.A has the following missions:

technician formation in fishings, aquaculture and freezing.

education in fisheries and aquaculture and aquatic environnement.

LABORATORY AND UNITS OF
FORMATION AND RESEARCH

Laboratory of
biological analysis of marine species.

Laboratory of
techniques of fishings.

A laboratory of
navigation (simulation).

Specialized

Fishing vessel
of the formation and research (boat that 25m length).

Informatics
laboratory doted by Internet connexion.

Laboratory of
freezing.
FORMATION AND TRAINING

Three options
are available in the ISPA: fishing technics, Aquaculture and
freezing.

Opening of the
options according to the demand of the job markets and the
desired of the students.

Very important
practical formation and several training programmed during the
study plan.

Synergy between
formation and research development.
ORIENTATION OF THE STUDENTS
To the exit of
a common trunk of one year, the students are oriented toward three
options:
